Massachusetts school allowed to ban student's 'two genders' shirt, court rules

Censorship clearly off the scale on this one (happened twice), so here I am over here where maybe someone will see a defense of actual biological science, which tells us there are two and only two sexes. I tend to think this is true in blue states like Massachusetts just as it is red states like Idaho. 

But don't tell the censors on Yahoo! They seem to think their readers are too delicate to hear the truth. 

These comments don't cover the obvious violation of the student's right under the First Amendment to wear a shirt that says "two genders" (mine would have said "two sexes," however).
