Yes! They rewrote "the law" to turn misdemeanors ... at most ... into felonies; Merchant repeatedly sustained objections from the prosecution while denying those from the defense; then wrote purposefully obscure instructions to the jury not even requiring jurors to agree on what crime was actually committed. 

And then it turns out that Merchant donated money to Sleepy Joe, and to the effort to defeat "Republicans and Trump's right wing legacy." This is why I call him a leftist. 

Kangaroo court, railroad job; I've heard worse terms applied to this show trial. We're just a little bit closer to civil war. (Not bothering to look at the comments this time.)

I saw a comment I can't find now saying that Sleepy Joe is perfectly lucid and that "MAGA" simply makes it up. Recent Sleepy Joe at a Juneteenth event: “She know long! She knew sllunasuhhijuhnide our freedom can never be secured.” No, "MAGA" didn't make that up. Nor did they make up his trying to shake hands with people who aren't there, having to be led around by his wife like a lost puppy, claiming to have "just met" with Mitterrand who died years ago, mixing up the names of foreign leaders and their countries (did it with Mexico and Egypt just recently), and so on and so on and so on.
